Hard wire
Rebar is a common name for hot-rolled ribbed steel bars. The grade of ordinary hot-rolled steel bar is composed of HRB and the minimum yield point of the grade. H, R, and B are the English initials of the three words Hotrolled, Ribbed, and Bars, respectively.
The hot-rolled ribbed steel bar is divided into two grades: HRB335 (the old brand is 20MnSi), HRB400 (the old brand is 20MnSiV, 20MnSiNb, 20Mnti), and HRB500, the fourth grade.
Rebar specifications generally include standard grades (type codes), nominal diameters of steel bars, nominal weights (mass), specified lengths, and tolerance values for the above indicators. Chinese standards recommend rebar series with nominal diameters of 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, and 50mm. The supply length is divided into two types: fixed length and double length. my country's export rebar fixed length selection range is 6 ~ 12m
Rebar is widely used in civil engineering construction such as houses, bridges and roads. Rebar is an indispensable structural material for highways, railways, bridges, culverts, tunnels, flood control, dams and other public facilities, as small as the foundation, beams, columns, walls, and panels of house construction. With the continuous deepening of China's urbanization, the vigorous development of infrastructure construction and real estate has a strong demand for rebar.
The nominal diameter of steel bars ranges from 6 to 50 mm, and the nominal diameters of steel bars recommended by the standard are 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, and 50 mm.
